This past weekend, my husband had family in town. It was great to spend time with them, and show them around. Stopped through Boulder City, Nevada (which is where Hoover Dam is located) It is a very beautiful little town to visit. There was also a fine arts festival going on while we were there. I was VERY impressed with everything I saw! Many, many talented artists were displaying and selling their work. From what I hear, this particular art festival in Boulder City is quite popular. Some of the artists traveled quite some distance to participate. If you ever get the chance to check it out, I would highly recommend it! They hold it every year, the 3rd weekend in April.
